Retainer Fee & Payments

All appointments require a non-refundable retainer fee. Remaining balance is due on the day of service via Cash or Zelle. Retainer Fee is transferable one time only with proper notice within a reschedule in the same month. Prepaid, gift cards, and Cash App cards not accepted. Valid major credit / debit card required for booking and cancellation enforcement.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to show will result in loss of retainer fee. Same-day cancellations are considered no-shows. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file

Late Policy 

Clients arriving 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled Late arrivals may result in service adjustment or forfeiture of retainer fee.

Guest Policy

No extra guests or children are permitted unless approved in advance.

Results & Refunds 

Due to the nature of permanent makeup, NO REFUNDS are issued. Color, shape, and retention are subjective and influenced by skin type and aftercare. Touch-ups are performed within the recommended window only.
